What this website is
This is the website of a real estate brokerage that rents and sells apartments and houses in Panama City, Panama, and manages properties for owners. Its purpose is to show what we have available and to let you reach us.
Nothing on this website is a transaction. You cannot rent, buy, reserve or pay for anything here. Every one of those steps happens in a conversation with us and in documents signed outside this website.
Property listings
This is the part worth reading carefully.
- A listing is information, not an offer. Publishing a property here does not create a contract or an obligation to rent or sell it to you on those terms.
- Availability changes fast. Good apartments in this city are taken in days. A property shown here may already be gone by the time you read the page.
- Prices and conditions can change without notice, and the final terms are the owner’s to set.
- Details come from the owner. We describe what we have seen and what we are told, measurements, amenities, building charges and rules. We check what we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee every detail is exact. Confirm anything that will decide your choice before you commit to it.
- Photographs are illustrative. Furniture, finishes and views can differ between units in the same building, and a unit may be shown furnished when it is rented unfurnished, or the other way round.

The text, the photographs, the logo and the layout of this website belong to Cortez Realty Panama or to the owners of the properties shown, and are used here with permission. Reproducing them elsewhere, including republishing our property photographs on another agency’s listings or portal, is not allowed without our written permission.
If you believe something published here infringes your rights, write to us and we will look at it and take it down if it does.
Links to other websites
Some links lead off this site, for example to WhatsApp or to a property portal where we also publish. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Responsibility
We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or never go offline.
