What we ask on your behalf
Buying a unit that does not exist yet is a different purchase from buying one you can walk through. These are the things we put in writing before anyone signs anything:
- When it is actually being delivered, and what happens if that date moves.
- What the finish includes: what comes with the unit and what you are paying for afterwards.
- What the monthly maintenance will be once the building is running, not the number quoted while it is empty.
- What the payment schedule looks like between signing and delivery.
- Which line of the building the unit is on: the view, the noise and the afternoon sun are not the same on every side of the same tower.
If the answers do not add up, we will tell you they do not add up. That is the same thing we do with a rental.
